Platinum Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie is ideal for those participating in sports requiring agility, quick muscular recovery, maintenance, and muscular energy.

  1. 1-2 scoops of vanilla flavoured protein isolate
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoon of slivered almonds
  3. ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  4. 1 teaspoon of raw honey (ideally with propolis in it)
  5. 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil
  6. 1 cup of unflavoured almond milk


Blend until smooth, the almonds will provide a good source of nutrients that can help with developing muscles while the flaxseed oil and raw honey will provide your body with the essential omega 3, 6 and 9’s, energy and antioxidants necessary for an active lifestyle. A good isolated protein will provide a high concentration of protein with no fat to help develop lean, strong muscles and is a strong source of energy and nutrients, preparing you for whatever life may have to throw at you.
