Green Immune Smoothie Recipe

This is a great way to get a detox, multivitamin and antioxidant filled immune booster all in one deliciously green smoothie! This smoothie helps to alkalize your digestive system, get rid of toxins, boost your immune system and it doesn’t taste too bad either! To make a single serving size, here is what you need:

  1. 1 ripe banana
  2. 2 teaspoons of chlorella powder (this can also be switched to 2 teaspoons of liquid chlorophyll)
  3. 1 ½ tablespoon of powdered peanut butter (natural unsweetened peanut butter will suffice)
  4. ½ a teaspoon of powdered turmeric
  5. 2 teaspoons of raw honey (ideally with propolis in it)
  6. 1 teaspoon of acai berry powder
  7. 1 cup of soy or almond milk

Blend until completely smooth, it should have a naturally sweet taste with a very mildly spiced undertone from the turmeric. Ideal to drink in the morning for an energy boost.
