This smoothie is going to keep you looking smooth, supple, healthy and glowing.

  1. ½ cup of fresh or frozen mango slices
  2. ½ cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
  3. ½ tablespoon of slivered almonds
  4. 1 tablespoon of liquid collagen
  5. 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
  6. 1 teaspoon of liquid vitamin D
  7. 1 tablespoon of liquid vitamin B complex
  8. 1 cup of orange juice


This smoothie will make you look as good as you feel after drinking it! The vitamin B complex combined with the liquid vitamin D and collagen will help to grow, strengthen and maintain healthy hair, nails and skin. The antioxidants found in the mango and blueberries, combined with the spirulina will give you a healthy, radiant glow. Proof that healthy and beautiful can go hand in hand.
