There are so many different amazing combinations one can do with essential oils and one of the best places to exercise that ability is with massage oils! Here are some different recipes

 

Decongesting Massage oil

This concoction will help you breathe easily and will soothe your sinuses and lungs.

You will need:

  1. 75 ml bottle
  2. 75 ml of almond oil
  3. 5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
  4. 4 drops of peppermint essential oil
  5. 5 drops of rosemary essential oil
  6. 5 drops of fir essential oil

Bottle the mixture, squirt a dollar-sized amount into your hand and gently rub it on your chest. The camphorated essential oils will help you breathe much more easily.

 

Romantic Massage Oil

This sensual mixture will definitely ignite some passion between you and your partner.

You will need:

  1. 75 ml bottle
  2. 75 ml of almond oil
  3. 4 drops of ylang ylang essential oil
  4. 5 drops of peppermint essential oil
  5. 2 drops of lavender essential oil
  6. 3 drops of orange essential oil

Massage this mixture wherever your heart’s desire.

 

Bedtime Massage Oil

Nothing helps so many people relax like a good massage, whether you have someone to take turns giving and receiving them or if you massage yourself, here is a mixture to guarantee a good night’s sleep.

You will need:

  1. 75 ml bottle
  2. 75 ml of almond oil
  3. 7 drops of lavender essential oil
  4. 5 drops of marjoram essential oil
  5. 2 drops of orange essential oil

Massage this gently into your feet and into your shoulders about a half hour before going to sleep. After the oil dries the scent will remain and will help you to relax.
